Kids & Teen Yoga

Children and teens need yoga just as much as adults do. They live in a busy world, often full of pressures and stressors, which can have a profound affect on their wellbeing. Yoga classes focus on helping children and teens to relax and become more mindful, encourage body awareness and boost self-esteem, whilst developing physical strength and flexibility. Classes provide a safe and friendly environment for practising and learning about yoga.

The age ranges below are only advisory; please get in touch if your child is slightly older or younger and would like to take part!
