MUM & BABY YOGA

Suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawling. Classes focus on safe postnatal yoga for mum, gentle yoga moves for baby to aid digestion and support physical development such as coordination and core strength.

Classes also include an introduction to baby massage to help soothe your little ones.

MUM & BABY YOGA (5 MONTHS+)

Suitable for more mobile babies. Classes provide a baby-friendly environment with lots of toys to keep them engaged while mums get to have a good stretch and practice safe postnatal yoga.

TODDLER YOGA

Suitable for older babies that are crawling or toddling (up to 3 years). Younger siblings are welcome to attend too!

Classes focus on introducing your little one to the world of yoga through engaging activities and songs designed to support their physical and emotional development.

POSTNATAL YOGA WORKSHOP

2:30pm – 4pm Sunday 2nd June

Suitable for ladies from six weeks post-natal. You’re welcome to come any time after having your baby – whether that’s 6 weeks or 6 years!

This is a workshop just for mums (no babies).

The workshop will focus on the key aspects of how yoga can support your postnatal recovery with a lovely, long (much needed) relaxation to end.
