Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is a such a special and beautiful time in a woman’s life. These classes provide a supportive, positive and friendly environment to enjoy yoga during your pregnancy. This is a nurturing and positive space for you to just breathe, move and meet other mums-to-be.

Classes explore a range of postures, breathing techniques and guided relaxations to help calm the body and mind, and relieve any anxiety or stress.These practices and techniques will help you grow in confidence, strengthen the bond between you and your baby, and help you feel more prepared for labour and birth.

Ladies over 14 weeks are welcome to attend.

Classes are held on Wednesdays (7:30 – 8.30pm) and Thursdays (7:30 – 8.30pm), at the Inner Temple Yoga Studio (14 London Rd, Cirencester, GL7 1AE), with no more than 10 people per class.
£10 Drop-in
£36 – 4 week block
4 week block to be taken within 5 weeks of purchase. Any special requirements, please contact me.
