A workshop for you to attend with a birth partner or by yourself. We will specifically work on positions to help keep your birth active and your birth partners willl be able to practice these with you and learn how to best support you in them. We will also look at breathing techniques for during labour and birth that your partner can support you with.
We will look at various positions from sitting, squatting, all fours, and standing as well as using a birthing ball and other props.
This workshop will help you and your birth partner feel more confident, familiar and comfortable with using yoga to support your labour and birth.
Places are limited to just 3 couples so there is a chance to ask lots of questions and get the most out of the workshop. The session will be held at my home studio in Cirencester.
