Mum and baby yoga is a chance for you and your baby to enjoy the benefits of yoga together. We focus on safe postnatal recovery, and enjoying quality time bonding with your baby. Classes also include ways to practice yoga with your baby and baby yoga routines to soothe their tummies, support their development and help with sleep.
Classes are small and friendly, perfect for you to enjoy meeting new mummies in a relaxed and informal atmosphere; please don't worry if your baby is crying or needing to feed or needs changing, this is a space to take care of yourself and your baby.
Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks until crawling.
Social distancing will be observed in classes at all times (with markers on the floor) and you will need to bring your own yoga mat. Hand sanitiser will be available at entrance and exit and a one-way system through the building will be in place. You are not required to wear face coverings during exercise. All classes to be booked in advance.
