Mum and baby yoga is a chance for you and your baby to enjoy the benefits of yoga together.
For mum, we focus on safe postnatal recovery, and enjoying quality time bonding with your baby. Classes also include an introduction to baby massage to help settle your baby and improve sleeping patterns.
Classes are small and friendly, perfect for you to enjoy meeting new mummies in a relaxed and informal atmosphere; please don't worry if your baby is crying or needing to feed or needs changing, this is a space to take care of yourself and your baby.
Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks until crawling.
